Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.
• Eligible for Ohio Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and management of acute and chronic neurologic pain disorders in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans including pharmacologic, behavioral, rehabilitative, and interventional therapies.
• Perform image-guided and ultrasound-guided interventional pain procedures.
• Collaborate with Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R, Psychiatry, Anesthesiology, Orthopaedics, Oncology, Rehabilitation and Primary Care.
