Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Completion of an accredited PM&R residency is required.
• Completion of an accredited Pain fellowship is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R and Pain Medicine.
• EMG board eligible and/or certified is preferred.
• Eligible for an Ohio Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed medical care including diagnosis, treatment, and case management.
• Manage complex and sometimes unpredictable clinical situations.
• Perform outpatient Pain/MSK management including fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventions.
