Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Program Coordinator Outreach to build and manage statewide and national outreach programs for people with neurological disabilities. You will collaborate with Barrow Neurological Institute and other partners to develop services, coordinate events, secure sponsorships, and advance program policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field upon hire
Two (2) years experience with program development

Responsibilities

Develop outreach programs and services in Arizona and beyond
Establish protocols and process improvements; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate BNI events and secure sponsorship from local and national organizations
Develop and monitor program budget
Liaise between vendors, patients, families, hospital staff and physicians for outreach program development
Educate the public about available resources
Participate in research projects with BNI physicians
Develop interventions with community providers to improve quality of life for neurological patients
Gather staff, physician and patient feedback to improve services
Develop policies and train coordinators at affiliated sites
