Position Overview

Piedmont is recruiting a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient neurology clinic in Fayetteville, GA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no current call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology medical services to patients in Fayetteville/Fayette County and surrounding communities, focusing on movement disorders such as Parkinson's and migraines.
• Support practice growth and improve patient access by assisting physicians.
• Emphasize health promotion, as well as the management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Assist physicians in delivering medical services.
• Collect and document patient data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedule lab studies and consultations, and provide direct patient care.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in neurology. Requirements include:

• Masters or Bachelors Degree from an accredited PA program and National Board Certification, OR
• Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as an NP in Georgia with National Certification.
