Inpatient Medical ACS Nights - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Piedmont Fayette Hospital

Join Piedmont Fayette Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Inpatient Medical ACS Nights role, part of the Cardiac Advanced Practice Provider team at Piedmont Heart Institute (PHI) in Fayetteville, GA. This is a full-time night position.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with one of the nation's leading cardiology programs, collaborating with highly-trained physicians across a comprehensive range of cardiovascular services, including electrophysiology, transplant, advanced heart failure, critical care, interventional, surgical, and research services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in evaluating and treating cardiology patients in an inpatient setting.
  • Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations, and document data.
  • Write progress notes, consults, admissions, and discharge summaries.
  • Prepare patient workups and order diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice providers in a team setting.

Qualifications
