Job summary

IMS Care Center in Avondale, AZ is seeking a full-time APP, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Neurology department. You will provide patient services across age groups, perform assessments, orders and interpret tests, and coordinate care across clinics nationwide.

The role requires graduation from an accredited NP/PA program and AZ licensure, with at least one year of Neurology experience.

Qualifications

• Provides patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• One year of Neurology experience required.
• Must have AZ NP/PA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis and treatment plans, physical exams, consultations, counseling/education.
• Order and interpret tests, treatments and exams.
• Manage prescriptions and chronic pain guidance; coordinate care.
• Travel to clinics as needed.
