Job summary

Sterling Physician Recruiters is helping place an ICU (Critical Care) NP or PA for a growing non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio, just outside Toledo. The role is day shift on a fast-paced ICU within a hospitalist expansion, with opportunities for Proton care and strong teamwork.

The position emphasizes bedside procedures (CVC, arterial line, intubation), high-level clinical judgment, and clear communication in a Cerner EMR environment.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least 2 years ICU or critical care experience.
• Ohio license or eligible to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-shift ICU coverage as part of a growing hospitalist team.
• Perform bedside procedures: central venous catheter placement, arterial line, intubation.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine


• 2 years ICU or critical care experience


• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary to $155K


• Signing bonus (up to $10K)
