Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic Neurology Franchise Head to establish and scale a high-potential U.S. neurology franchise from its Seaport location in Boston.

This leader will shape the commercial and medical affairs strategy for Servier’s neurology portfolio, with emphasis on rare neurological diseases. The role requires close collaboration with Servier’s global headquarters, alignment with international operations, and a proven ability to influence across cultures and time zones

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years significant leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches, preferably in neurology or rare disease.
• Experience overseeing or partnering closely with Medical Affairs functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive launch strategies for neurology products.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of neurology products, from candidate nomination to commercialization, launch, and post-launch activities, including budgets and timelines.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Translate market dynamics into strategic direction, develop forecasts, and identify KPIs.
