Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for our Rehab Without Walls Outpatient Clinic. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide one-on-one care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

This full-time position requires current OT licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of OT experience; there is emphasis on safe patient handling and coordinating with the treatment team to improve outcomes, including

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing
• Current CPR Certification
• A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred
• Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interaction
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods
• Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times
