Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Full-time B2B sales experience: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-services.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
• Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to customer needs to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
• Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
• Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain required call average (face-to-face interactions with top target healthcare providers).
• Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in territory.
• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
• Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties.
