Job summary

The ideal candidate will have CMA certification and BLS, with Monday–Friday 7am–5pm availability, and a High School diploma or equivalent (or 1 year related experience).

Qualifications

• Current BLS provider certification required within 30 days of hire date.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential required or pending verification within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment environments and conduct initial screenings to welcome patients.
• Document vital signs and care journeys for accurate clinical data.
• Transcribe and process orders for labs and imaging to ensure follow-up care.
• Manage front‑of‑house communications and maintain medical supplies.
