Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6 years of clinical research experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of clinical research experience, OR
• Master's degree with 1 year of clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical trial activities per GCP.
• Manage trials from startup through closeout.
• Coordinate patient screening, recruitment, enrollment, and consent.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and study planning activities.
• Manage clinical trial data and biological specimens.
• Prepare for sponsor monitoring visits and audits.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory and IRB documentation.
• Ensure protocol compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Train and supervise research staff on GCP and procedures.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and guidance documents.
• Participate in department workgroups and process improvements.
• Submit materials to IRB and regulatory bodies timely.
• Maintain subject enrollment and tracking logs.
• Track study expenses and grant payments.
• Perform quality control reviews for data integrity.
• Organize study records and patient documentation.
• Design and manage EDC databases when applicable.
• Provide clerical and technical support for data quality.
