Job summary

Eisai is seeking an Area Business Leader in the Indianapolis region to build and lead a Neurology Account Specialist team, delivering launch plans and demand generation aligned with FDA indications.

You will educate customers on Alzheimer’s therapy pathways, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with Eisai policies while traveling up to 80% of the time. The role demands leadership and deep healthcare industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of pharma, biotech or medical device sales; with 5 years successfully hiring, developing and leading teams.
• Experience in buy-and-bill, diagnostics, infusion, neurology, clinical/medical experience.
• Additional commercial function experience preferred (e.g. sales training, marketing, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and develop a diverse new team of NASs and acclimate them to Eisai's culture and mission.
• Develop sales team capabilities to meet/exceed objectives through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Lead and execute a successful product launch in line with Eisai standards.
• Schedule meetings with internal partners to align launch progress and information flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment to objectives, values, and mission.
