AltaMed Health Services Corporation seeks a Neurologist to deliver comprehensive specialty care for disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. You will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neurological conditions in collaboration with primary care and interdisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes timely access, continuity of care, and high-quality patient outcomes within California community clinics. Board-certified or eligible neurologists are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Residency in Neurology completed.
• California medical license (unrestricted).
• Board certification in Neurology or board-eligibility with expected certification within 18 months.
• Current DEA registration and controlled substances certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive specialty care for brain, spinal cord, and nervous system disorders.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, migraine, MS, Parkinson’s, neuropathy, dementia.
• Collaborate with primary care, specialty, and interdisciplinary teams to promote timely access, continuity, and high-quality patient outcomes.
