This is an outpatient‑only role designed for a clinician who wants to go deep in their subspecialty without the burden of hospital call. Position Highlights

• Outpatient‑only practice – no hospital call, no inpatient rounding
• Monday‑Friday clinic schedule with genuine work‑life balance
• 15‑20 patients per day – sustainable volume in a focused subspecialty setting
• Collaborative neuroscience team including stroke, epilepsy, and functional neurology physicians
• 3 advanced practice providers (APPs) integrated into the practice
• Co‑located inpatient and outpatient spine, brain, and vascular neurosurgery team
• Established referral infrastructure to support subspecialty growth

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO

• Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
