Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology seeks a Neurologist to diagnose, treat, and manage neurological disorders, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, ordering tests (EEG/EMG/MRI/CT), and developing individualized treatment plans. You will educate patients, document encounters, and participate in quality initiatives while maintaining standards.

Qualificações

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Valid and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility).
• DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS certification as required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, treat, and manage neurological disorders.
• Perform comprehensive neurological examinations and assessments.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (EEGs, EMGs, MRIs, CTs, labs).
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management.
• Provide consultation to other physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and disease management.
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise APPs when applicable.
• Participate in call rotation; maintain regulatory and safety standards.

Fellowship training in subspecialty

Outpatient neurology experience
