Job summary

Starling Physicians in Connecticut seeks a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join an expanding multispecialty medical group. The role offers an outpatient setting with opportunities to focus on movement disorders, epilepsy, or other subspecialties.

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
• Fellowship training in a neurology subspecialty welcomed but not required.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with a wide range of neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care providers and multispecialty colleagues.
• Interpret and utilize diagnostic studies including EEG, EMG/NCS, neuroimaging, and laboratory testing.
• Perform neurologic procedures within scope of training and credentialing.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to maintain clinical excellence.
• Participate in subspecialty program development based on training and interest.

We welcome candidates with general neurology training as well as fellowship training in Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, Neuro-Immunology/Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive Disorders, or other neurology subspecialties. All areas of expertise will be thoughtfully considered.
