Job description

Starling Physicians is seeking a full‑time Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to join our expanding multispecialty medical group. This role is ideal for a physician who values a collaborative, patient‑centered, outpatient practice environment and aims to build a long‑term career within a physician‑led organization. Candidates with general neurology training as well as fellowship training in Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, Neuro‑Immunology/Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive Disorders, or other neurology subspecialties will be thoughtfully considered.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with a wide range of neurological conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care providers and multispecialty colleagues.
  • Interpret and utilize diagnostic studies including EEG, EMG/NCS, neuroimaging, and laboratory testing.
  • Perform neurologic procedures within scope of training and credentialing.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical best practices.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development to maintain clinical excellence.
  • Participate in subspecialty program development based on training and interest.
Requirements
