Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Neurologist in Hobart, IN. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:5 call rotation and a flexible structure to design your practice around professional goals in a tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, performing EEGs/EMGs/NCVs, and managing a long-term patient panel within an integrated team. Eligible for H-1B with Indiana license.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.

• Manage a dedicated patient panel with long-term neurological health focus; 12-25 clinic patients per day; 1:5 call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
• Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long‑term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence‑based care
  • Clinic patients per day: 12-25
  • Call Rotation: 1:5

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
