Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Hobart, IN seeks a Neurologist to deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a broad range of disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, MS, and Parkinson’s disease.

You will work within an integrated, multidisciplinary team and leverage EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools. The position offers a flexible, full-time schedule with a 1:5 call rotation and a variety of benefits designed to support physician well‑being and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
• Utilize a work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on long-term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
• Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long‑term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence‑based care
  • Clinic patients per day: 12-25
  • Call Rotation: 1:5

Requirements
