Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible physicians with a clear plan for certification.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license; CSR/DEA registration or eligibility.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diagnostic and treatment services for neurological disorders including stroke, epilepsy, MS, and Parkinson’s disease.
• Utilize a multidisciplinary structure to maximize clinical expertise.
• Perform and interpret EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs for accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel focusing on long-term neurological health; clinic 12–25 patients per day; 1:5 call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
• Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long‑term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence‑based care
  • Clinic patients per day: 12-25
  • Call Rotation: 1:5

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
