This full-time position offers design-your-practice flexibility within a premier, tech-forward environment, featuring a 1:5 call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule. Board-certified/eligible candidates with Indiana license are preferred, with EPIC EMR experience valued.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board-eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders including stroke, epilepsy, MS, and Parkinson’s disease.
• Utilize an integrated, multidisciplinary structure to maximize clinical expertise.
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests (e.g., EEGs, EMGs, NCVs).
• Manage a dedicated patient panel with long-term neurological health focus; clinic 12-25 patients per day; 1:5 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
• Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long‑term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence‑based care
  • Clinic patients per day: 12-25
  • Call Rotation: 1:5
