Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Hobart, IN seeks a Neurologist to deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a broad range of neurological conditions. The role emphasizes an integrated, multidisciplinary approach and a flexible schedule within a full-time framework.

The successful candidate will perform EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs, manage a patient panel, and contribute to evidence-based care in a tech-forward environment. Indiana licensure and CSR/DEA registration are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligible with plan for cert.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR or willingness to adopt AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for neurological disorders.
• Work within an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Perform and interpret neurological tests (EEG, EMG, NCV) to guide care.
• Manage a patient panel with a 1:5 call rotation and 12–25 visits per day.

Job Type : Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:5 call rotation
Location: Hobart, IN

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
• Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long‑term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence‑based care
  • Clinic patients per day: 12-25
  • Call Rotation: 1:5

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
