Job summary

Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Neurology Physician to join our team in Eugene, OR. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

The practice offers a 4 day work week, a well-established primary care referral base, and opportunities for sub-specialty work with access to advanced imaging and EMG, plus Epic and AI charting supported by DAX.

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year US medical school or equivalent required.
• Neurology residency completed with board-eligibility/board-certification.
• Oregon physician license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Current DEA certificate required before start date.
• BE/BC in Neurology.

Responsibilities

• Provide general neurology care with potential sub-specialty opportunities.
• Collaborate with a well-established primary care referral base.
• Utilize advanced imaging and EMG capabilities; engage with Epic & AI charting.

Education

Graduate of four-year US Medical School or equivalent

Successful completion of Neurology Residency

BE/BC in Neurology

Unrestricted Oregon Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain

Current DEA certificate prior to start date

The salary range for this role is $244,000 to $423,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
