Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with python, matlab, R or other programming languages.
• Experience with statistics and statistical software such as SPSS or R.
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems, especially Linus/Unix.

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction from image data using existing or new software; modify and create tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with standard software.
• Prepare reports and manage datasets for analysis across multiple databases.
• Collaborate with researchers to develop analyses and explore data.
• Assist with recruiting older individuals for cohort studies and support imaging testing.
