Job summary

The Imaging of Brain Health Lab at Auburn University is seeking a part-time Research Associate (0.5 FTE) to support neuroimaging research across the lifespan. You will organize large imaging datasets, configure UKB-RAP, and develop workflows on HPC platforms.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, are proficient in Python and Bash in Linux, and can document computational pipelines for reproducible analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, informatics, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash, with experience in Linux.
• Basic understanding of neuroimaging data structures and standards such as BIDS.
• Ability to document computational workflows and pipelines clearly.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain neuroimaging datasets (e.g., HCP-D, ABCD).
• Configure and use UKB-RAP for data analysis.
• Develop and run neuroimaging workflows on HPC systems.
• Document reproducible pipelines and assist with IRB/data use materials.
