This independent role manages study launch, regulatory compliance, recruitment, data management, and team supervision, using REDCap, R, MRI, VR platforms, and tDCS.

Qualifications

• Experience with human-subject research populations or relevant training in clinical assessment.
• Experience with adults with substance use disorders and adolescent minors with informants.
• Experience collecting biosamples (blood, saliva, hair) in diverse populations.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple priorities in a fast-paced research setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of clinical studies, including launch, recruitment and data management.
• Lead workflow development and study-tracking processes for efficiency.
• Train and supervise research staff and students in protocol execution.
• Collaborate with multi-site teams and harmonize study operations.
• Ensure ethics, safety, compliance and informed consent across studies.
