This full‑time role involves acute inpatient management in a 46‑bed ICU, with 7 on/7 off scheduling and onsite vascular neurology collaboration.

Qualifications

• MD degree and residency in neurology are required.
• Current board certification or board eligibility in neurology is required.
• MD license to practice in Maryland or ability to obtain an unrestricted Maryland license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of neurologic conditions.
• Conduct routine inpatient consults in ICU, medical floors and ED.
• Collaborate with vascular neurologist and stroke program for patient care.
• Engage in EMG and EEG opportunities as available.
• Manage 46-bed closed ICU within a community hospital setting.
