Job summary

TPAPT is seeking Educational Therapists or SPED certified teachers with experience in Math or ELA intervention for grades 8–12. Level: Experienced.

This contract (1099) role offers flexible hours and a chance to work across homes, learning centers, or library settings. Responsibilities include coaching with neurodivergent students, using assessments to build dynamic study plans, and delivering 60‑minute tutoring sessions with a strong focus on EF, study skills, and subject mastery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EF based learning, SPED or ASD; SPED certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• 3–12 hours per week availability.
• Subject matter and lesson planning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful education coaching combined with Math or Literacy tutoring.
• Use assessments to create dynamic study plans for neurodivergent students.
• Tutoring sessions occur at the learning center, client home, or neutral locations; sessions last 60 minutes.
• Possibility to use supplemental curricula alongside company resources.
