Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform standard and complex electro-neurophysiological testing in a pediatric-focused environment in New Orleans, LA.

You will operate EEGs, evoked potentials, EMG and related procedures, explain studies to patients and families, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Successful completion of an educational program for neurodiagnostic technologists, AMA-accredited or equivalent.
• Diploma in neurodiagnostic allied health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex neurodiagnostic testing.
• Provide EEGs, evoked potentials, EMG and related procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and document history accurately.
• Ensure patient safety and proper data logging across procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
