Job summary

Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform EEG, nerve conduction studies, evoked potentials and related neurodiagnostic procedures. You will apply test strategies, montage parameters and calibration to obtain high-quality data.

The role requires a Neurodiagnostic program credential, BLS, and ABRET EEG board eligibility within 2 years. You will collaborate with technologists and interns, maintain accurate records, and adhere to ABRET standards while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited Neurodiagnostic program with 3 years of experience preferred.
• BLS required; EEG registry or eligibility for EEG registry preferred.
• EEG board registry preparation required within 3 years of hire; ABRET certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine EEG, NCV, EP and other tests as per specialty training.
• Adheres to equipment manuals, calibrations, and fixes basic issues.
• Obtains information from medical records and transfers to technologist's report.
• Implements test strategies, electrodes montage, and calibration for neurodiagnostic procedures.
• Maintains complete records, including history forms and archived data.
