Formación

• CPR/BCLS certification maintained.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year Neurodiagnostic Tech trainee with documented proficiency in required competencies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs nerve conduction studies, VEPS, BAER, SSEP and EEG under physician supervision.
• Collects, analyzes and integrates patient information to tailor testing parameters with ordering physician or Medical Director.
• Maintains current CPR/BCLS certification and follows safety and infection control standards.
• Recommends resource changes to support cost containment and reduce waste.
• Ensures data acquisition quality, monitors study tracing for artifacts and makes necessary adjustments.
• Evaluates equipment and inventory related to sleep study procedures and documents observations.
• Provides age-appropriate care across pediatric to geriatric patients during procedures and education.
• Demonstrates professional interpersonal relations with patients, families, and staff.
