Job summary

The Neurodiagnostic Supervisor at Ochsner Health System oversees Neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring, drives program advancement, and manages personnel. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care plans and uphold professional accountability within the department.

Ideal candidates will have an ABRET credential and a CA AHEP Neurodiagnostic program background, plus 3 years of procedural experience and 1 year of supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher in health care or CAAHEP Neurodiagnostic program.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience performing Neurodiagnostic procedures.
• Preferred 5 years’ experience with 1 year supervisory leadership.
• Registered through ABRET with one of R. EEG T., EP T., CLTM, R. NCS. T., CNIM.
• Must travel between facilities and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and effective delivery of Neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring.
• Lead program advancement and personnel management activities.
• Provide training, quality assessment, and assurance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with laws, standards and company policies.
• Support statements of care and ensure professional accountability.
• Coordinate clinical operations and credential maintenance.
• Engage in professional development and continuous improvement.
