Job summary

UPMC is seeking an experienced Neurodiagnostic Manager to lead the neurodiagnostic department at Presbyterian. The role involves supervising daily operations, guiding staff development, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety across EEG/EMU services.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of clinical EEG experience and at least 1 year of management. A Master’s degree is preferred, and BLS/CPR plus ABRET credentials are required under AHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of experience in clinical EEG.
• One year of management experience required; master's degree preferred.
• Licensure/certifications listed in the ads: BLS/CPR and ABRET CNCT/R.NCS.T credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day neurodiagnostic operations and staff.
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to JCAHO and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and department leadership to drive program growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and improve infection control, safety, and scheduling processes; manage capital equipment requests.
