Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Neurodiagnostic Manager for Riley Hospital for Children. The role leads neurodiagnostic testing, monitors operations, and advances quality with strategic direction and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred; ABRET EEG/EP registration required.
• ABRET CNIM/CLTM certification within 24 months of hire is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Extensive experience in a Neurophysiology Laboratory with long-term EEGs and IONM.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic management of neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring for the Neurophysiology department.
• Direct program advancement, quality assessment, and financial direction of diagnostic services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations through strategy, policy, and action plans; ensure preeminence in quality and clinical care.
• Lead, develop, and mentor staff; collaborate with IU Health leadership on strategic planning.
• Champion quality improvement and manage multiple complex projects across stakeholders.
