Job summary

Riley Children’s Health is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Manager to lead the Neurophysiology department. This role focuses on programmatic management of neurodiagnostic testing and 24/7 coverage coordination, with strong emphasis on leadership, quality and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience, ABRET CNIM/ABRET EEG-EP registrations, and a track record in a Neurophysiology Laboratory, with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Registration by ABRET in EEG and EP required.
  • ABRET CNIM and CLTM certification within 24 months of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Extensive experience in a Neurophysiology Laboratory.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide programmatic management of neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring.
  • Oversee quality, operations, and financial direction of diagnostic services.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the Neurophysiology department.
  • Drive efficiency and preeminence in quality, care, education and research.
  • Collaborate with IU Health leadership and stakeholders.
