Job summary

Indiana University Health System at Riley Hospital for Children seeks a Neurodiagnostic Manager to lead the Neurophysiology team, guiding patient care, education and staff development. This is a Monday–Friday leadership role with coverage across 24/7 staff when needed.

The role requires 5–6 years in neurodiagnostics, ABRET EEG/EP, CNIM/CLTM (within 24 months), and BLS, plus strong leadership and communication skills. Sign-on bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field preferred.
• Requires ABRET EEG/EP registration.
• Requires ABRET CNIM and CLTM certification within 24 months of hire.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification.
• Extensive experience in a Neurophysiology Laboratory.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Leadership skills to facilitate small work groups.
• Independent judgment aligned with departmental policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic management of neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring.
• Drive quality, operational and financial direction of diagnostic services.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the Neurophysiology department.
• Develop strategy, policy, and action plans with IU Health leadership.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
