Job summary

Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an END Technician PRN to provide neurodiagnostic testing from neonatal to geriatric patients, adhering to policy and procedure and ensuring accurate reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma, END training or on-the-job training, BLS certification, and basic computer skills, with registry eligibility preferred. Prior electroneurodiagnostic experience is encouraged and paid benefits are included.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Electroneurodiagnostic training through AMA accredited program or 6 months on-the-job training/externship.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Registry eligible in END Technology (REEGT, RPSGT) preferred but not required.
  • 6 months to 1 year electroneurodiagnostics experience or related field; recent graduate acceptable.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

  • Provide neurodiagnostic services for neonatal to geriatric patients as part of the ED/diagnostic team.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent
Electroneurodiagnostic training (AMA accredited school) or six months on-the-job training/externship
CPR/BLS certification
END technology registry eligible (REEGT/RPSGT)
6 months to 1 year electroneurodiagnostics experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Basic computer skills
BLS certification
