Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking an EEG Technician for a full-time day shift, performing standard and complex EEG recordings under supervision in the Neurodiagnostic Lab.

The successful candidate will hold national certification for EEG technologists, current BLS certification, and at least two years of clinical experience. Preferred candidates may have a 2-year specialized training or a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• National Certification from ABRET/ARBET for EEG technologists upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 2 years of clinical EEG experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex EEG recordings as directed.
• Participate in activities to ensure efficient Neurodiagnostic operations.
• Provide clinical orientation and training as needed.
