Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking an EEG Technician I to perform and monitor a full range of neurodiagnostic studies including routine EEG, cEEG, EMU studies, inpatient/outpatient EEGs, and ambulatory EEG setups. The role requires strong technical skills, critical thinking, and rapid response to electrographic changes.

You will participate in clinical testing, manage your workflow, communicate effectively within the team, assist with EEG Lab

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of EEG Tech experience preferred.
• Current certification as an EEG Technician is preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of EEG equipment and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work requires the ability to communicate orally and to enter words and data into a computer

Responsibilities

• Participates in the administration of clinical tests to patients.
• Manages individual work flow to ensure the completion of all assignments.
• Demonstrates effective communication to facilitate the team concept.
• Assists with the administration of the EEG Lab.
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and competence.
