Job summary

Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking an EEG Technician to join a team dedicated to serving patients with neurological needs. You will perform EEGs and related studies for inpatients and outpatients, from neonates to adults, under physician orders.

You will also conduct polysomnology testing and contribute to performance improvement efforts while handling routine clerical duties. The role supports a compassionate care mission and teamwork in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Provide quality electro-neurodiagnostic test services for inpatients and outpatients, neonate to adult, as ordered by a physician.
• Record electrical activity of the brain to study epilepsy and locate lesions in the cerebrum.
• Perform polysomnology testing including BIPAP/CPAP trials.
• Participate in clerical duties and CQI improvement activities.
