The role emphasizes collaborative planning, crisis intervention, and community integration, with on-site duties and occasional evening/weekend coverage. The candidate must hold an LBS license and a master's in a clinical mental health field, plus at least two years of paid relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold LBS license in Pennsylvania.
• Master's degree in a clinical mental health field specified in the job.
• Minimum two years of verified paid mental health experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Develops behavioral assessments and treatment plans with multidisciplinary input.
• Participates in treatment planning meetings and provides technical guidance.
• Creates crisis and safety plans; supports community integration and WRAP development.
• Maintains detailed records and monitors progress; coordinates with staff and families.
• Provides on-site crisis support evenings/weekends as needed.
