Job summary

Dm Clinical Research Group in Boston/Brookline, MA seeks a Clinical Research Rater to conduct neurocognitive test evaluations and interviews per protocol. You will assess current functioning and mood of study participants and interact with sponsors, study staff, and families throughout the study duration.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Psychology or Neuroscience, with 2–3 years of rater experience and familiarity with scales such as BABS, PANSS, HAM-A among others.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field required.
• 2-3 years of rater experience with specific scales.
• 3+ years clinical experience with adult psychiatric patients.
• Relevant certifications in clinical research or psychological assessments desirable.
• In-depth understanding of neurocognitive testing protocols.
• Familiarity with rating scales and their application in clinical research.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews/ratings with study subjects per protocol.
• Complete organizational queries related to neuro-psych testing.
• Maintain professional interactions with sponsors, study staff, subjects and families.
• Utilize interpersonal and clinical skills to manage subjects.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
