Job summary

ADP, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Clinical Rater to administer, score, and document standardized cognitive outcomes in AD-related trials. You will recruit and lead public speaking events while serving as a senior clinician or researcher with geriatric experience.

The role requires expertise in cognitive assessments, data entry, and adherence to GCP/IRB, with opportunities to collaborate across sites and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work, psychology or related health field (or PhD).
• Combination of education and significant experience may be considered.
• Experience working with a geriatric population, minimum of two years.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team as well as independently.
• Proficient in administering cognitive assessments.
• Clinical Research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer cognitive tests and rating scales in trials for neurodegenerative diseases.
• Oversee recruitment databases and conduct outreach for trials.
• Serve as a rater on trials for Alzheimer’s, MCI and Parkinson’s disease.
• Maintain data in the study database and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to GCP and IRB requirements; ensure data confidentiality.
• Provide feedback to the team and participate in protocol training.
• Collaborate with investigators and trial staff to ensure smooth operations.
