Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to build and grow regional accounts. You will deliver physician detailing, product demonstrations, and education to healthcare teams while collaborating with cross-functional partners to hit sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree and B2B pharmaceutical sales experience are required; neurology/psychiatry/specialty therapeutics experience is a plus. A valid US driver’s license and travel readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
• Documented B2B sales experience (pharmaceutical sales preferred).
• Experience with complex healthcare accounts; neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/specialty therapeutics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
• Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote product and education.
• Strategically manage and grow key accounts to meet sales targets.
• Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and use budget.
• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
