Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Knoxville, TN seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to launch a first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome, build relationships with healthcare providers, and shape market adoption in a newly formed sales organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, and reimbursement partners.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience in specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease markets.
• Role level commensurate to years of experience; Senior 1 year, Executive 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional teams and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians and staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Grow relationships with key accounts and meet sales targets.
• Analyze sales data to create territory plans and manage budgets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive sales strategies.
• Maintain call averages with top target customers.
• Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies.
• Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties.
