Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive market adoption in the Akron region. You will partner with healthcare providers to introduce an innovative mechanism of action and deliver product education across neurology and related specialties.

You will lead territory strategies, build trusted relationships with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets while adhering to Teva's compliance policies. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Documented B2B pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Experience launching new products in specialty pharma preferred.
Valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
Consult with physicians, nurses, and staff to promote products and educate patients.
Grow relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions to drive sales targets.
Analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and optimize budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive sales strategies.
Maintain target call averages with healthcare providers.
