Job summary

LEAPS Services LLC is seeking a Neuroaffirming Program Specialist to provide individualized, person-centered support across LEAPS programming and community-based environments. You will manage a caseload of approximately 5–7 self-advocates, track progress, and collaborate with families and the team to adjust programming for meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, modeling independence, and fostering social, communication, and daily living skills within neuroaffirming

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with neurodivergent individuals or related populations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-centered, neuroaffirming support across LEAPS programming.
• Manage caseload of approximately 5–7 self-advocates.
• Document progress and modify programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Teach and model independence and community-based learning.
• Prepare meaningful activities aligned with goals.
• Identify patterns, progress changes, and provide feedback.
