Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Neuro Trauma RN to lead a high-acuity neuro trauma unit. The role focuses on advanced bedside nursing, comprehensive patient assessment, and coordinated daily workflow to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, drive patient safety initiatives, and support evidence-based practice while mentoring staff through education and performance feedback.

Formación

• Strong clinical expertise in neuro trauma nursing and advanced bedside assessment.
• Proficiency in neuro monitoring and patient stabilization processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, safety standards, and quality initiatives.
• Ability to mentor staff and support ongoing education and development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and advanced bedside nursing care for a neuro trauma unit.
• Coordinate patient care and oversee daily unit workflow.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessment and neuro monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Champion patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Support evidence-based practice implementation.
• Mentor and coach staff RNs; assist with education, onboarding, and performance feedback.
