Qualifications

• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate with the care team.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct and coordinate care delivery with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise plans as needed.
• Promote professionalism and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.
